Goes Huge With His Bus In Marietta. Wins BIG!

Not
only fast - this pro-rider often takes the bus to the races -
that's because he actually owns
an old Greyhound bus - with only 750,000 miles on her.
Newark's
Dickie Hoy - almost always on the podium at these fast-paced fair
tracks - was having the night of his
life in Marietta. Hoy, riding his sponsor's CR-125
and CR-450 Hondas, made a mockery of the pro classes here -
scattering the opponents like so much
debris at a rummage sale. Buckeye Powersports,
Hoy's sponsor, sent mechanic Aaron Madinger along to tune the
red machines of Hoy. Madinger,
nicknamed "Swifty" by his rider, Hoy, had this to
say about the night - " Dickie just really knows how to ride
these things - I have the easy
part - the wrenchin'!" Hoy was unstoppable in both the 125
and 250 pro classes and, not
stopping there - the energetic bus-driver sank the hopes of the
quarter-century club, by
besting the 25 plus group, as well. In other action - Logan's Levi
Kilbarger tortured his F&S
Suzukis in for two class wins - handily taking the Schoolboy and
85cc (12-15) classes. Axl Moler did it
again - the kid with one of the coolest names in
motocross whipped up on the Mini- Junior and 80 extra classes.
London,
Ohio's Andy Whitelow was on the
fuel - he stormed his MPS Hondas to wins in the 125 B and
Open divisions, while Cody Longwell tore up the 250 B class,
aboard his Yamaha.
